Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
